I am a WA and OR licensed MLO. I have a friend who qualifies for the DU Refi Plus. Property is in West Melbourne, FL. Looking for a "Local" lender who knows what to do for the highest probability of obtaining a PIW. This is a potential referral for the right LO. by lorneharvey from Walla Walla, Washington. You might contact: Jay Beckingham American Eagle Mortgage Co. (239) 745-5646 (office & cell) who has many years of experience in mortgage lending. If for some reason that doesn't seem to work, contact me here, and I will get you another contact in that area.Sincerely,Steven T CookMLO 293441PS sent this really early -- and it bounce back a day later.

Hi Lorne! I'd be happy to help, but it seems there is no magic to getting this waiver and it is assumed that in a declining market, such as Florida, a PIW may be a far stretch. I would be happy to try if you let me know what an actual appraisal would come in at. Thank you.

I have had no problems receiving PIW's in FL. I am not located in FL, but we do lend there frequently and we are quite familiar with the process in that state.

Wish I was licensed in FL.

Most will receive the PIW. I have only run into a handful that did not get the appraisal waived.
