Bank of America is picking up where it left off today with tens of thousands of home foreclosures in spite of public outcry and claims of fraudulent activity within the bank's mortgage department. Bank of America has been accused of using incorrect or improper paperwork to initiate foreclosures. The bank claims, however, that foreclosure is a legal right.
